I’m passionate about helping other women move into their Amazing stage of life and letting go of feeling stuck.  I understand health struggles because I’ve lived with chronic Lyme disease, mold intolerance, Hashimotos, Graves’ Disease and Thyroid Eye Disease.  I saw numerous health professionals in many different specialties.  It wasn’t until I began doing my own research and made my health a priority, that I discovered the connectedness of nutrition, exercise, sleep, physical environment, relationships, spirituality and mind-body awareness.  Taking all of these different aspects of my life into consideration helped to bring about my healing and well-being, in addition to finding my passion of helping other women.

I enjoy research – keeping current with health trends.  I’m also a life-long learner - my friends call me a professional student.  I’ve taught aerobic dance, been certified as a weight trainer, I’ve counseled both as a consumer credit counselor and with taxes.  I also spent many years in Corporate America, where I wish I had known about Integrative Health Coaching!

I hold a Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University, St. Paul and a Masters of Arts from University of North Carolina, Greensboro.  I completed both the Integrative Health Coach Foundation and Certification programs at Duke Integrative Medicine.  I am also a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).

My greatest joy is helping others to see their own potential to change their reality.  As an Integrative health coach, I have been delighted to witness numerous women make amazing breakthroughs.  It’s gratifying to see how motivational questions, understanding the science of behavior change and the ability to form a trusting partnership, work together, synergistically, to enable clients to see possibilities for positive changes – to live an Amazing life!
